 Plot:

In Mavka 2: The Forest Song, the mystical world of Mavka, the Forest Spirit, expands as an ancient force awakens deep within the enchanted woods. Mavka (Katerina Shpitsa), once the guardian of nature, has kept the balance of the forest in harmony since her victory over dark forces in the first film. But now, a new darkness arises—one that threatens not just the forest but the entire natural world.

This new threat comes in the form of Chornobog, a primordial spirit of destruction (voiced by Daniel Craig) who has lain dormant for centuries, bound deep beneath the earth. As the balance of nature begins to unravel, Mavka and her trusted companions must journey into the forbidden parts of the forest, beyond the familiar borders, where the trees grow silent and the skies darken.

Together with Leshy (Oleg Voloshyn), the guardian of the deep woods, and her brave human ally Kvitka (Viktoriya Vnukova), Mavka embarks on a perilous quest to stop Chornobog from rising and consuming the world in darkness. Along the way, they will face mystical creatures, treacherous landscapes, and the spirits of the ancient world who hold the key to defeating the darkness.

But as the forest’s deepest secrets are revealed, Mavka learns that the greatest battle lies not just in defeating Chornobog, but in understanding the true power of nature and the cost of her magic.
