THIRTEEN GHOSTS (2026)

Thirteen Ghosts (2026) is imagined as a modern revival of the supernatural horror story that first appeared in Thirteen Ghosts and was later reimagined in the darker remake Thir13en Ghosts. The concept centers on a mysterious house designed to trap powerful spirits, blending psychological horror with complex supernatural mythology.

The story would follow a struggling family that unexpectedly inherits a massive, strange-looking mansion from a distant relative who recently died under mysterious circumstances. Hoping the inheritance will solve their financial problems, the family moves into the building without knowing its terrifying history. Soon after arriving, they begin to notice that the house is far from ordinary.
The mansion is revealed to be an elaborate structure made almost entirely of glass walls covered in strange Latin inscriptions and occult symbols. These writings appear to shift and change when exposed to certain light, hinting that the house itself may function as a supernatural machine. Hidden mechanisms begin to activate as the family explores the building, revealing secret corridors and locked chambers.
As the nights pass, the residents start experiencing disturbing events. Shadows move behind the glass walls, whispers echo through empty rooms, and objects are thrown across the house by unseen forces. Eventually they discover that the mansion is actually a prison designed to contain thirteen powerful spirits, each with a violent and tragic history.
Each ghost trapped inside the house represents a different form of fear and suffering. Some appear as victims of brutal crimes, while others were once dangerous individuals whose spirits have become even more terrifying after death. These entities are not random hauntings but part of a carefully designed supernatural system created by the mansion’s original owner.
The true purpose of the house gradually becomes clear. The spirits are arranged in a specific pattern that forms a supernatural device capable of unlocking forbidden power. The architect who built the mansion believed that by controlling these thirteen ghosts, he could open a gateway to a hidden dimension beyond the world of the living.
