Plot: On a quarantined jungle island, ex-black-ops tracker Cole Riker (Jason Statham) is enlisted to discreetly locate a missing team. But he’s forced to team up with the scientist who created the nightmare: geneticist Dr. Ava Kincaid (Megan Fox), whose illegal DNA experiments have spawned a nearly invisible, hyper-intelligent predator known only as REPTILE.
