A powerful relic known as the Starforge Core, the ancient source of Santa’s sleigh power and the world’s hope energy, mysteriously disappears. Without it, the North Pole begins to lose its enchantment: reindeer can’t fly, portals malfunction, and holiday spirit across the globe begins to fade. Even the Naughty & Nice List glitches, throwing the world into festive chaos.

When an encrypted message is discovered — signed by a rogue ice sorceress from deep Arctic legend known only as The Frostmother — Santa calls upon the one man reckless enough, brave enough, and insane enough to take the mission:

Callum Drift — the world’s most unpredictable holiday operative.

With a new rookie partner, a sarcastic tech-elf, and Santa joining the field for the first time in centuries, Drift embarks on a globe-spanning operation. Their mission takes them through:

 A desert sanctuary where holiday myths go to retire
 And a mythical realm accessed only by ancient Christmas runes

But the Frostmother’s true motive is far more complex than simple destruction. She seeks to reshape the holiday itself — to create a world where joy is earned through struggle, not given freely. Her icy magic is ancient, powerful, and fueled by her own tragic past with the original Keepers of Christmas.

As time runs out and the world prepares for its first Christmas without magic, Drift and Santa must face armies of enchanted creatures, frozen constructs, and traps designed to test their spirit, courage, and ability to work together without arguing every five minutes.
