Visually, I’d expect the same detailed, slightly gritty animation style, but possibly expanded with a larger world beyond the town of Dirt. New environments—deserts, ghost towns, or even more surreal settings—could give the film a fresh feel while keeping its western tone.

The humor would still be important, but the sequel could benefit from a slightly more mature edge, similar to the first film’s subtle satire of classic westerns. That tone is what separated Rango from standard animated movies.
