Alita: Battle Angel 2 (2028) continues the sci-fi story after Alita: Battle Angel, bringing back the journey of Alita as she travels to the sky city to discover the truth about who controls the world. This concept trailer promises cyberpunk action, emotional moments, and huge futuristic battles. 
The trailer opens with Iron City at night while Alita looks up at the floating city Zalem. She knows the answers about her past are there, but no one who goes to Zalem ever returns.
